Picture
Ms.Truong Thi My Le, 48 years old, lives in hamlet 4, Xa Phien commune, Long My district. Her husband left her when she was pregnant in seven years ago. At present, her old daughter got married and lives with her husband far away. Her son is studying in the second grade, and he has walk far to school. The project has supported her family a free interest loan to grow vegetable in the net. Asian Cuisine Club on 2nd March 2013 - Theme: The Vietnamese Kitchen

On March 2nd Sharing International launched its first Asian Cuisine Club, which was a great success. The Cuisine Club took place in the Kærby School in Aalborg (Denmark), and was completely sold out: 39 adults and 15 children.

The first Asian Cuisine Club offered a lot of specialties from the exotic and varied Vietnamese Kitchen. It was a great day with a lot of exciting experiences for both parents and children – a lot of delicious dishes, a brief introduction to Vietnamese Food Culture and Vietnamese music to go with the food.

At Sharing International we arrange Asian Cuisine Club in order to raise money for our projects in Asia. We raised 2.720 kr. and got one new member for Sharing International on this our first Asian Cuisine Club.

Asian Cuisine Club is held every first Saturday of the month. Each month there will be a different theme with unique and inspiring food. On April 6th from 11.30 AM until 2 PM we invite you to a new taste experience from the Vietnamese Kitchen for the whole family. Cao Thanh Ha will, in Danish, talk about the different Vietnamese food and after that you will experience an exquisite buffet with Vietnamese specialties.  Read more about the Asian Cuisine Club here.
